Starchy Casserole
This is a casserole I am very proud of. Not because it's something I created, but because my dad likes it. My dad is not vegan, nor would ever want to be. So it's a huge compliment to find something he is willing to try.
It's simple and easy. Just putting the following ingredients together, and you get a delicious starchy meal.
If you didn't know, starches help curbed a your appetite, and carving your appetite helps a lot in not just managing your weight, but for me, a sweet tooth or a craving for more and more food. And trust me, this casserole will satisfy you for a few hours.
Bowl appetite!
